How do I cancel a transaction?

​If you would like to cancel a transaction that has been sent however not settled, you can email customercare@remitbee.com with the transaction number and reason for cancellation.

Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation of cancellation which usually is within 1 business day.

If the money has still not reached the recipient after successfully funding the transfer, then you can email customercare@remitbee.com to request the refund.

Once you request the refund, we will confirm the refund within 1-2 business days. Once it is confirmed if you paid with interac or visa debit then the money will be returned 1-2 business days after the refund has been issued.

Wallet funded transfers will be returned back to your Remitbee wallet, once cancellation is authorized.
