I have sent my money from bank but I don't see the credit in my wallet

Your wallet may not have been credited for a couple of reasons, however it's important to note that you can still proceed to lock your rate and send the money.

Simply go to send money page, type the amount beside the recipient, then on review page select "my wallet" then click the method you choose to fund your transfer then click pay and send!

Wallet transactions are processed into your wallet accounts between 10am- 8pm EST Daily and we must receive the payments between this time.

Interac E transfers typical take 30 mins to 1 hour to reach us.

Bill payments typically take 1 business day to reach us.

For example if you do bill payment before 4 pm EST on Monday, it will arrive by 10am EST on Tuesday, however, if you do bill payment at 7 pm EST on Monday, then it will arrive by 10am Wednesday.

In other cases, you may have provided incorrect information, for example, you may have misspelled our email address (wallet@remitbee.com) or may have provided the wrong security question and/or security answer (user id)

Funds on Temporary Hold
In a rare case, there may be an issue with the bank or Interac network.

Due to security reasons, the bank may have held your funds on hold.

In that case, you are required to contact your bank and let them know that you made a transaction and you would like them to authorize it (Error code: ER/J/EMT-9997).
